Moving and Handling ... both for inanimate objects (1/2 day course) and, for those working within the health and care sectors, a course specific to people handling (single day course)

Food Hygiene ... RIPH qualifications at all levels ... Foundation (single day), Supervisory (four days) and Advanced, for managers and those responsible for health and safety (five days)

Information Technology ... training at all levels in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel, Access and Powerpoint & in the use of Quickbooks and Sage accounts software.

Stress Awareness ... a single day course aimed at raising the awareness of likely sources of stress in the workplace, the symptoms and possible control measures.

Trainer Training ... the City and Guilds Trainers Award and A1/A2 Assessor Awards.

Care Sector Training ... a range of courses applicable to the care sector including training satisfying the Induction and Foundation leveles of the Minimum Standards Act and training leading to the Registered Managers Award.

First Aid ... Appointed Persons Course (3 hours), First Aid for Early Years (12 hours) and First Aid at Work (4 day) courses
