The guidance notes next to the bar-b-cue ...

" How to use this barbecue
- put some sticks in the bottom space on top of the garte and set fire to them. Don;t put a fire under the whole area - you will need varying temperatures to achieve a good result.
- oil the top surface, put your food on and cook, keeping it movign at all times.
- When it is ready, take your food off and eat it.
- Put the fire out. Make sure that it has died down safely before leaving it.
- Clean off the surface ready for the next BBQ. Thank you! "

The notice also carries a warning ...

" Please be very careful with fire. Extinguish all embers before leaving. "
