A view from the top of the cutting in which the former railway station
in Castle Bytham was built. The overgrown eastbound, or 'down', platform
of the station can be seen although the access path to it is hidden
in the trees and shrubs to the left of the road bridge. The road bridge
carries the main road out of Castle Bytham towards Holywell.
